METHOD OF PREPARATION
1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Balsamic Vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
3.Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
4.In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce and sriracha. Brush the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
5.Bake for 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
6.Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.
