METHOD OF PREPARATION
1.Cook the chicken: If not already cooked, grill, pan-fry, or bake your chicken breast until cooked through. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2.Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, HarleysHouse Royal Ranch dressing, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3.Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a pat of butter or a drizzle of cooking oil.
4.Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over one-third of the tortilla.
5.wrap the tortilla to enclose the filling.
6.Cook the wrap for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Press down gently with a spatula while cooking to ensure the even melting of the cheese.
7.Repeat steps 4-6 with the remaining tortilla and filling.
8.Cut the wrap into wedges and serve immediately. Enjoy with your favorite toppings like wild ketchup.
